The buyer is solely responsible for their ticket. The buyer assumes full responsibility for theft, loss or fraud. Each ticket is unique: the bar code will be scanned at the entrance and allows the admission of only one person. Thus, only the first person to present the ticket will be admitted to the performance. This is why it‘s forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the ticket in any way.

Ticket prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) inclusive of all taxes.

The prices indicated are the prices enforced at the time of the order.

To receive a reduced fare, the buyer must present a valid document of legitimation, at the time of the purchase or the withdrawal of the ticket. In the event of not presenting a valid proof, the spectator will have to pay immediately the difference between the reduced tariff and the full tariff.

Unless otherwise specified, the total number of places per order online cannot exceed 6.

The ticket purchaser is responsible for the safe preservation of the ticket until the event and bears all risks and dangers associated with its loss or deterioration. Any replacement of damaged or lost tickets is done only on the evening of the performance, at a cost CHF 2.- per ticket.

An electronic ticket is valid only if it is printed on white A4 paper, blank front and back. The mobile ticket can be presented by mobile phone. Entry to the event is subject to a check of the validity of the ticket via the two printed barcodes.

A high print quality is necessary. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. In the event of an incident or poor print quality, you must reprint. Please check the quality of the printing to be sure that the information written and bar code is legible on the ticket.

Any complaint or question concerning ticket sales must be addressed by telephone and confirmed in writing to : Opéra de Lausanne, BOX OFFICE, Avenue du Théâtre 12, PO Box 7543, 1002 Lausanne.
